How much does this cost?

The matching service itself is free. If you find an apartment through me, the standard broker fee applies (usually 12-15% of annual rent, paid at lease signing). But you're only paying if we successfully place you.

How long does matching take?

It varies. Sometimes I have a perfect match within 24 hours. Sometimes it takes 1-2 weeks. The more flexible you are on move-in date and neighborhoods, the faster I can match you.

What if I don't like my match?

No obligation to move forward. If the match doesn't feel right, I'll find someone else. The goal is compatibility, not speed.

Can I bring my own roommate?

Absolutely. If you already have a roommate, I'll help you both find the right apartment together. Just mention that in the "Additional Info" section above.
