What do you charge?

Standard broker fee is 12-15% of annual rent (1.5 months' rent), paid at lease signing. This is the market rate in Manhattan. You only pay if I successfully place you.

How long does the search take?

Most clients find their apartment within 1-2 weeks. If you're picky or searching during slow season, it might take 3-4 weeks. I work fast, but I also make sure you get the right place.

What neighborhoods do you cover?

I specialize in Hell's Kitchen, Hudson Yards, Midtown West, Chelsea, and Columbus Circle. I can also help with the Upper West Side, East Village, and Lower East Side if needed.

Do you work with first-time renters?

Absolutely. First-time renters are some of my best clients because I guide them through every step—application, board packages, lease negotiation, move-in logistics.
